The other 2 staff were nice to work with & talk to (when the Managing Director Colette wasn't there & couldn't ban us from talking to each other)
Cons
All the cons are surrounding the Managing Director Colette. - We were made eat lunch at our desks while continuing to work. - You would be given a nickname & not called by your name, one team member was referred to as baby. - We would be slapped on the arm & the back of the head. - We would receive calls late at night, where Colette would scream down the phone reducing you to tears. - You would only be allowed to take 8 hours in lieu if you worked 30+ hours at a weekend event. - You were made work late in the evenings very frequently. - You could not claim lieu when asked to work extra hours during the week. - The office furniture was falling apart, one chair was missing a leg and staff continuously fell off of it. - Staff in venues would complain of inappropriate touching of their staff by Colette. - Would pretend that staff in venues were stealing from her.
