      Pros

      They are really welcoming at first! Sent me a sweet welcome packet and really focused on training and education.

      Cons

      Really unfriendly to those who don't fit a narrow background. Terrible lack of diversity. Decided to quit because I wasn't able to comply with the tattoo policy (I am Indigenous American and I have a traditional face tattoo).

      Fun team and culture. You can learn a lot from the team around you. Management checks in and seems to care about continued learning opportunities.

      Cons

      No longer hybrid and back to the office this year.
