Good people and great culture.

Needs a larger sales team.

Confidio is a stand out company in my opinion for 4 core reasons: **Autonomous development guided by relateable leaders - I have been given the unique opportunity to be trusted to learn, try new things, and expand my skillset in a way that works best for me. The independence to explore my skill set with a kind and relatable leader supporting me has been incredible. Authentically values-driven - Many companies have values, but very few truly live by them and effectively integrate them into the culture. Confidio is true to their values. Deep care for employees beyond work - Confidio cares for their employees as more than employees. They take an interest and invest in their employees' interests, families, and all-around well-being. They are invested in ensuring everyone has a healthy work-life balance which is extremely difficult to achieve in a growing organization. Exceptional solution delivery for clients - Confidio does a great job of being client-centric, allowing us all to deliver the best possible solutions for our clients and create trusted relationships. As an employee, this makes my job so much easier with products we can be proud of. ...and likely most important, this is a genuinely caring, kind, and fun group of people. They have attracted great talent who are some of the greatest people I know. I am infinitely proud to be included in this group.

The only cons are those of a company that is quickly growing and forced to adapt. The leaders of this organization are aware of them and proactively addressing them with transparency so it is not of real concern.
