      Supportive managers, HR, IT department & get instant resolution of any issue. Employee friendly environment. Open door policy

      Package and position distribution is not satisfied as per my experience not sure is it only for me or everyone. No parents included into insurance(if you want to add then per parent have to pay 15k for 5L coverage additionally)

      Decent benefits and some good leadership.

      Also, leadership but there is some lack of communication and also I felt there is some nepotism present within the company. Also, did not appreciate some holidays being recognized by the company while (specific) others were not. Laid off due to a slower time which I kind of foresaw, but what was really a slap in the face was the separation agreement which was very one-sided and had a lot of questionable verbiage in it. I hope others read theirs before signing it as it is not worth the concessions offered
