      Pros

      The lawyers, paralegals, assistants, and everyone is very smart and there is a lot of opportunity to learn about the IP world. The healthcare and other contribution benefits are great!

      Cons

      There is not much room to grow within the company or have an opportunity for raises in pay if you are not a lawyer at the firm.
