      - ISO certified organization - project-based business model - highly customized solution to individual well-known telecom clients - public company on Taiwan Stock Exchange - very rigid and strong IT and networking knowledge and experience

      - very rigid and inflexible internal processing and handling - 30 year-old ERP processing and handling, not digitalized - inflexible business model, not applicable for marketing & sales to other vary channels
