Co-workers are great people. Nice place to work if you need to re-enter the workforce or need help building your resume. For entry and line level positions, great job. Management, think again.
Cons
Where do I begin. Workiing here on a management level was the most stressful experience of my life. I wish I could erase it from my mind. I would rather have a hot-poker in my eye. Senior management is a joke despite wanting to micro-manage everything about the company and I mean everything. Executive management is the opposite of professional. Hidden agendas are everywhere and gratitude and appreciatation are missing entirely. If you are considering work here, you should stand in the corner and think about the think about where you went wrong.
