Pros

The pay is good and the highest in the mental health field and DE; the flexibility of having your own schedule and being out of the office most of the day.

Cons

Because it is a salary position, they expect you to stay there beyond regular work hours. This is not your standard 8am-4pm job. The on call schedule is pretty unpredictable. There is a high turn over rate so with a team that is losing one or two team members, it affects the whole team. The upper management is too heavily involved in day to day operations. I would suggest applying to jobs in this company but NOT on an ACT team.
