Pros

There are some really good people here.

Cons

They punish hard workers with relocations to new teams and act like it's a promotion or a recognition of achievement. They advertise a hybrid schedule but each time you're moved to a new team they take it away and it resets again til when they feel you're okay to resume. The team changes can happen multiple times a year. Someone in the same position can get paid to do less work than someone who is given 5 times the workload. There is favoritism. I have been told not to discuss wages even though that is illegal. Time has been removed from my timesheet to accommodate only 40 hours, even if you work a couple minutes over. You are expected to be logged in and ready for your shift by the time your shift starts, and you are not paid for the time to log in and be ready. There is a 7 minute "grace period" where they don't pay you for the time and round up or down depending on where you are in that 7 minute period. Raises are not even enough for a standard of living increase. Recognition is far and few between.

Pros

Teams are collaborative - coworkers are knowledgeable and you are able to work together to excel at your job. Great feed back from peers. Your experience is transferable to other positions or companies - equipment is not too outdated - they use jobforce CRM and other updated technologies - Hybrid - They have training on all levels that really assist in personal development and career development.

Cons

Management is often promoted internal without experience or consideration as to how they interact with their team members. Upper management is anywhere from providing opportunities to being exceptionally out of touch. It is surprising how often upper management is inexperienced, The insecurities of those kinds of managers it make it hard to have a collaborative effort to get things done. Communication is shut down quickly with no resolution "just shut up and you are the problem attitude" instead having a desire to understand the situation and attempting to work together for the benefit of all.

Pros

I like the systems we use the CRM is amazing and get updated constantly. Majority of my coworkers are nice. The buildings are new and updated and have gym access and cafeteria with an amazing staff that serve fresh food. They have a huge streamline of benefits and programs you can be a part of.

Cons

Every single complaint ive read or heard about this place has been regarding management and let me tell you i back that up 100%. I mean I have never been a part of such a mismanaged team in all my life. Leader ship spends most of their time planning parties or making up meetings to sit in a conference room for hours. Which normally I wouldnt mind if that meant things were imporving but they just dont. When things get reported to HR nothing ever seems to come of it. We have BV agents doing the job of PSS agents. We have management that dont respond to emails or complaints. We have supervisors that place blame on their staff. Its just sad. I think overall this a nice place to work at but the interview process for getting people hired for management or upperleadership needs to be looked at. Not to mention the lack of training and the expectation to just know whats going on. I have never worked in the medical deild before and if I didnt have such an amazing PSS team I would be failing miserably with little to no help. Do better.
