Pros

The chaos and mismanagement is so consistent, it almost counts as stability.

Cons

Not one. CRx is the definition of a sinking ship. Leadership hides behind endless restructures, pretends not to notice multiple massive layoffs, and blames everyone but themselves while the place burns. Accountability doesn’t exist here—those responsible for failures just keep getting recycled into new roles while employees are left to clean up the mess. Training is pathetic at best, more like sink-or-swim, and workloads are crushing from day one. Pay is insultingly below market, raises are meaningless, and promotions are handed out based on favoritism, not performance. Their lack of remote work options is appalling—they offer zero empathy for your personal life. Turnover is through the roof because people quickly realize they can be treated better anywhere else. They are losing business left and right, and instead of fixing the obvious issues, leadership stays silent, spins the narrative, and points fingers at everyone else. Worst of all, they refuse to listen to the loud complaints coming from employees and their customers at every level. People are constantly raising concerns, but leadership ignores it, proving they have no interest in real change. They don’t even bother sending out surveys for the most part anymore, not that they’ve ever taken any feedback seriously in the past. This isn’t a career move—it’s a warning label. If you want instability, politics, and toxic leadership, you’ll find it here. If you want a real career, look anywhere else.

Pros

Teams are collaborative - coworkers are knowledgeable and you are able to work together to excel at your job. Great feed back from peers. Your experience is transferable to other positions or companies - equipment is not too outdated - they use jobforce CRM and other updated technologies - Hybrid - They have training on all levels that really assist in personal development and career development.

Cons

Management is often promoted internal without experience or consideration as to how they interact with their team members. Upper management is anywhere from providing opportunities to being exceptionally out of touch. It is surprising how often upper management is inexperienced, The insecurities of those kinds of managers it make it hard to have a collaborative effort to get things done. Communication is shut down quickly with no resolution "just shut up and you are the problem attitude" instead having a desire to understand the situation and attempting to work together for the benefit of all.

Pros

There are some really good people here.

Cons

They punish hard workers with relocations to new teams and act like it's a promotion or a recognition of achievement. They advertise a hybrid schedule but each time you're moved to a new team they take it away and it resets again til when they feel you're okay to resume. The team changes can happen multiple times a year. Someone in the same position can get paid to do less work than someone who is given 5 times the workload. There is favoritism. I have been told not to discuss wages even though that is illegal. Time has been removed from my timesheet to accommodate only 40 hours, even if you work a couple minutes over. You are expected to be logged in and ready for your shift by the time your shift starts, and you are not paid for the time to log in and be ready. There is a 7 minute "grace period" where they don't pay you for the time and round up or down depending on where you are in that 7 minute period. Raises are not even enough for a standard of living increase. Recognition is far and few between.
