      Great leadership skills and communication! Treats employees like family and cares about you. I'm so grateful that I have a company that listen to their employees and makes sure you always succeed in a career!

      Making great relationships with employees and some staff

      Cons

      They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
