      Unrealistic goals very little support from upper management unreasonable requests for meetings and conference calls most times within 12 hours of receiving the notice that there’s a call

      Making great relationships with employees and some staff

      Cons

      They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
