      I've had many opportunities to grow in both position and pay. The company values effort and initiative.

      Cons

      You will need to show some level of being a self starter to be successful beyond an hourly wage. The tools will be available, but you will be responsible for your own effort

      Making great relationships with employees and some staff

      Cons

      They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
