Pros

It was nice to work in a variety of areas with the catering team: at the cafe, at the grill, and at special events. Part time schedules were flexible and we got to go home early if there weren't too many park visitors.

Cons

Sometimes you'd be thrown into a task without getting fully trained. For example working a different type of cash register at special, or working with coupons and promo codes at special events.

Pros

It is a nice place to work with a very easy job

Cons

The only con is working late at night, but that is what you sign up for.

Pros

A beautiful place to work if you love being outside and vibe in nature

Cons

Incompetent leadership. HR is unnecessarily rude. Actually, everyone is rude. Like, everyone. Your boss will likely play nice to you to get personal information out, and then turn around and gossip about you to their boss. The pay is extremely low, and although you may get a small holiday bonus each year, there will be no raises. They've been offering new employees the same pay for at least half a decade. The "benefits" are a joke. The culture is overall unnerving and clique-y. If you haven't worked at Conner Prairie for 10+ years, you might as well drop dead or be prepared for "subtle" bullying from someone's meemaw. Just a weird place. Try literally anywhere else.
