Pros
When the company was making money, they were very generous with compensation and bonuses. Great benefits. Overworked but you drank the Kool-aid and went with it because most of your co-workers were in the same boat. Consensus attracted amazing people. Most went on to do great things.
Cons
Employees either quit or were fired. Almost everyone had a shelf life. One day you were the employee of the year, the next day you were history. They acted like the work was making a difference. People had a need to be heard. BS... it was ALL about money. Billing hours. Leave no money on the table. I know people are in business to make money, but when greed outweighs results it is only time before your reputation suffers.
