Thanks, we hope that every employee feels that their day at Consilium is something to look forward to every morning, and that they experience one of the most accelerated growth paths in the industry. You are right to say that it sometimes does feel that there is an infinite amount of work to be done - we're here to build great things together and enjoy that journey too :)

Pros

• Weekly treats like samosas or noodles were a nice gesture. • Welcome celebrations for new employees with cake. • Option to work from home once a week.

Cons

• Toxic leadership: The CEO regularly berated junior employees in team meetings, creating a hostile and demoralizing atmosphere. • Excessive working hours: Expect to work 12+ hour days without proper recognition or additional pay. • Unethical HR practices: Despite completing my 3-month notice period, my first month’s salary was withheld without explanation. HR avoided communication and never resolved the issue. • Bond pressure and coercion: A 3-year bond is strictly enforced. Upon resignation, I was pressured to pay ₹1.5L, and there were even attempts to involve my family in written commitments. • Serious misconduct: During a recorded exit discussion, the CEO confiscated my phone without consent, accessed private data, and never returned the device despite several follow-ups over the years. • Misleading reviews: Don’t be misled by the company’s Google or Glassdoor reviews. HR sits beside new joiners and instructs them to write 5-star reviews on the spot — often dictating the content.
