Pros
I worked with some extremely talented staff, we all, mostly, got a long well and work was something I kind of looked forward to most days (we all have "those" days).
Cons
The "GM" was rarely ever at the actual establishment, when he was he was impossible to speak with unless it was very brief, and if you did manage to snag him for a tie, he would talk so much you couldn't even say what you meant to speak with him about. There were several sexual harassment claims that were never properly dealt with through appropriate channels. Two different men towards myself, and even the GM to one of the other women. Also, another manager always was demeaning and negative and frequently brought down the mood of the staff. He was demotivating and often threatened to fire people (he never did so no one took it seriously, however, I hope most managers know that threatening to fire people will not motivate them to be better.)
I wouldn't recommend working for them either, I got injured on the job and then pressured into quitting. They are corporate bullies at their core. I'll be going back to the Hilton. They're a corporation who knows how to motivate and take care of their employees all the way to the bottom of the chain.
Also, there is no movement within, unless you have special ins with the manager.
