Pros
Friendly workplace with a lot of very nice people. Management really supports and help certain people grow and develop in existing or new roles
Cons
Very chaotic in handling projects. Everything at once kind of approach. One hand doesn't always know what the other is doing. Many times new projects are started, then stopped. And then someone at another place starts the same project 1 year later. A big turnover on senior management.
