      Pros

      I feel very supported by my team and coworkers. I'm on a diverse range of projects and have gained valuable experience through site visits, client interactions, and new engineering design tasks.

      Cons

      Ensuring that tasks hit 40 weekly hours was a struggle at first, but has vastly improved as projects/workload has stabilized.
