Pros
Giving of salary is commendable as it is up to date and not delayed ever. Accomodation and amenities such as drinking water, cook, clothes washer, gym facilities are provided with satisfactory note. Working during public holidays are well paid for. Bonus incentives, though not included in the contract, are given every year, which I considered a plus factor for the company's image.
Cons
While I believe that Senior Staffs handling the Human Resource department are competent enough for their position, I feel they are not very sensitive with the workers' needs. Yearly salary increment was not maintained. European staffs, in terms of benefits and amenities, are well attended compared to Asian staffs.
