worst experience - Human Resources Constaccent Employee Review

very unprofessional environment. they had a client who had 30 to 35 employees working on their payroll for their client. one of the employee lost the laptop worth 60 thausand. they decided they will recover 15k from that employees salary and 15k from other employees who were working for that client. and they cut there salary without any explanation to me (HR) and the employee and did not return. me not knowing anything people started call and questioning me. I had no idea what happened. of course employee who doesn't know what happened why thire salary was deducted will blame and question the hr.
