Pros
Some genuinely good, nice people such as the Sales Director and a few of the Senior Consultants etc. There are some genuinely good clients and the working hours are very good compared to elsewhere in the industry.
Cons
Archaic HR system, the MD says it's the HR Partner's decisions and vice versa, they both pass the buck. People are always made out to be lying when ill, there is no working from home (even during the pandemic). The founder of the company is openly slagged off, even by juniors, he is a top biller so perhaps this is jealousy.
