Not really many - tax free money. If you manage accounts then it can be quite flexible.

Long hours are standard for the sector - enough said. Office politics at Consulum are the worst I have encountered. Some very senior individuals lack competence, they are over promoted and use politics to maintain their positions. This is the type of place when you leave - you have zero regrets.
