Everyone here is very clearly dedicated to the same goals. There is a drive here for continuous learning, and the company definitely recognizes behavior that goes above and beyond. Management has been phenomenal, they've really fought for our best interests and have kept us closely informed. Can honestly say that all employees in general are supported well beyond any other company I've worked for, whether it's tools we need, regular checkins, or even making sure time off is taken.

Cons

With the caliber of clients comes the necessary attention to detail and effort, so there are some longer days. But the compensation does reflect that. Being a newer company as well, there are some established processes that still need some refinement.

Thank you for your review. Our US office was fairly new and we were working on implementing full guidelines for our processes as we have in the UK office. We have always had staff policies and procedures, and a staff handbook was introduced in 2020 to ensure transparency. We cannot comment on your specific case, but are confident that our processes and guidelines are followed for all employee relations situations.
