- very low pay - extremely disorganized company, no one seems to know what strategy to follow - C-level dont really seem to communicate between them - HR is just a complete disaster. Any request can take months - People are constantly leaving and takes very long time to hire new ones - the global opportunities dont seem to exist for employees in the subsidiaries (containerships)

Containerships provides great opportunity to develop in international business and logistics. Very challenging environment that motivates to move forward.
