Political - Analyst Contango Resources Employee Review

Upper management in the department I worked in allowed awful people to treat others in the group badly. To the point of having a lay off to get rid of the bad egg. It's a good ol' boys club. They allow some of the employees (land men) to do a half a-- job and when you try to get your information and do your work you are berated because you had to go over that person's head to get it done. Very political. Very "who you know" and not "what you know". Absolutely the worst place I have worked in my 26+ years in oil and gas.
