      Small & engaged creative team Lots of mentorship from the owners/creative directors Fun & comfortable working environment Convenient downtown location Good work/life balance Opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects

      Not many opportunities for career advancement because it's a fairly small team Open concept office may not suit everyone's working style
