      Team is very friendly and welcoming. Collaborative environment without egos. Hours are great, especially for the industry. You're not expected to work late, work life balance is really valued here.

      Cons

      Management can be resident to new ideas and unfamiliar concepts. It can be frustrating to not felt heard at times.
