Pros
Team is amazing - really came together during the pandemic and pivoted to build a whole new business line. Amazingly resilient and collaborative Customers, guides/experts, and staff alike are generally engaged and supportive of each other The products themselves are great! Excited to get back to touring Culture feels strong despite being globally distributed - not always perfect communication but everyone clearly cares and is working toward common goals (and likes each other!)
Cons
Pandemic impacted the business heavily of course and took a lot of emotional energy from those who were here throughout Wish we had more budget to travel to work in person together
