We have proactively addressed suggestions related to our Bonus Plan and, we recently developed a new bonus program to better reward employees for their contributions, which we’re happy to find that it’s being received quite well. The feedback on the current program is very positive. For 2014, the non-executive employee bonus average was 9.1% of base salary with some employees receiving over 30% their of base salary. Understanding that the Construction Industry can be demanding, we have tailored our compensation package which is above average for the industry to include wellness programs that are in place to assist employees with life work balance.
