The company is still flexible and willing to grow and change things if they need to to advance. The C-level team have a great grasp on the Continu mission and all business decisions are aligned with that mission. The entire team is willing to help each other out and is full of exceptional people. Everything is about growth, but are doing it intentionally to not lose the culture.
Cons
Some processes are new and the team are assessing and changing. It is important to be flexible.

Pros
It's a great team with an excellent outlook. We've hired and brought on some extremely smart and driven people, and the product is superb. I'm so excited for the future of the company!
Cons
Continu values performance, so if you don't want to be accountable to the mission of the business, it might not be the best fit for you. I personally love this about Continu though!

Seemed OK at first - some of the people on the team are talented.
Cons
CEO and his sister are full of ego which is funny because they advertise the opposite. Unfortunately for them (and all of the good people they've lost) that's not worked out so well. 15 years or so in business and still basically paying for reviews to try and get a little bit of market share.
