Pros
The people I worked with were absolutely the saving grace of this company. I also loved working 100% remote. The unlimited/flexible PTO was great if you had the ability to use it. I personally did, but I know individuals who were not able to because of their workload.
Cons
I worked at this company for 3 years. There were at least 3 different CEOs during the time I worked there. I loved the company at first, but the more the executive leadership team changed, the less passionate I was about the job. I was extremely underpaid, and I understand my coworkers were as well. Even if we are working from home, we still need to make livable wages that keep up with the cost of living. Not a lot of team bonding, or company culture. It’s hard to do with everyone working remote in many different states and time zones. I never met many of my coworkers in person. While there are obvious pros of unlimited/flexible PTO, there is also the con of zero payout when you leave (or get laid off, as I did).
