Pros
- Worker "autonomy" (when they don't expect you to answer emails while driving) - Ability to be a shining star within the company (since they mostly hire people with zero experience in the medical field) - Can frequently save lives and be a patient advocate (see previous; many so-called "specialists" are just vacuum cleaner sales people in scrubs)
Cons
Frequent bullying from chain of command. Chain of command has no experience managing and couldn't lead a pack of hungry wolves to meat. Frequent meetings that are REQUIRED, even if you're working with patients or teaching Continuum's services. Current and previous Huntsville managers are practically madames of a brothel in their hiring of men they know and "love". Management will say and do anything to placate their staff then turn right around and stab them in the back (UNLESS previous noted situation, then they'll help them cover up violations) Management frequent demands that employees compromise their integrity, violate PII/PKI, HIPAA, and many data security violations. If you are a licensed practitioner at any level, your license will be jeopardized on a daily basis.
