ok - Employee Contivio Employee Review

I have loved my first year working at Contivio. The team is great, and I have been given full autonomy to chart a path for success.

I have no complaints to date.

Small environment...gives you more of a "family" type of feel. I guess.

The pay was mediocre at best, no health benefits either. The developers don't care about the customers & always say "don't worry about it". And Simon is too busy to actually know what's going on here. There's a revolving door when it comes to customers....that should be a sign that something needs to change? I'm not sure how they're still in business.
