      Start up environment and friendly people. Opportunities to partner with action sports. Ebbs and flows in expectation of work, have down weeks after production cycles

      Cons

      Have to wear lots of hats. No bonus system and minimal vacation. Often spent alot of evening in the lab

      Great individuals who work hard and place is so chaotic, forms tight bonds

      Cons

      Expected to drop what you’re doing 24/7 to go work on broken airplane. Management living in fear constantly and trickles down to mechs
