      Pros

      There was a time, when management cared for employees. That has not been the case for the last 4 years. Can't think of any pro's as of when I left CRi.

      Cons

      Management cares only about management. Senior managers state that companies fail all the time and does not acknowledge their role in the total failure that is looming. Management not accountable to pay performance bonuses earned and feels no remorse. Wasting money, not paying debts. Very sad situation.

      Working for self and being able to choose contracts that I want to work with.

      There is no stability long term and no insurance benefits.

      NOTHING good about this job.

      Cons

      NO raises. If you have a family this is not the job for you. They ask you if you are ok to work around Smoking and animals- if you say no they put you in a smokers house anyway. I have been placed in homes where the person was smoking next to a new born - when I told CRI about it they said that it was the persons choice to do so. YUK what an attitude to have especially when I asked NOT to be around SMOKING and Pets yet they place me in those situations over and over.
