So this is a relatively small company where you would likely learn everyone's name. This creates a tight knit culture where you can learn lots from peers and have the opportunity to work on relatively large customer accounts building relationships there as well.
Cons
With a small company, if you don't like a colleague or management, there's not a lot you can do since there are not vastly separate departments or groups where you can easily transfer. You can be promoted but it's not exactly like there are lots of opportunities to move into management or leadership positions because it's a small company...
