Worst place to work - Anonymous employee Control Point Associates Employee Review

Good people, annual parties, mini celebrations throughout the year. My location in particular had the nice small office feel with corporate overhead support. I thought it was a good balance. There's certainly pros and cons to corporate needing the final word on marketing, assisting with legal matters, providing tech support, etc.

There were ongoing adjustments while CPA acquired smaller offices and procedures and upgraded software. Nothing unusual for a growing corporation.
