The work is interesting and very fast paced. There's a lot of opportunity to acquire new skills; innovation is welcomed.

There've been 5 different CEOs in the past 6 years and that makes for a lot of instability. Things seem to run on a shoestring budget and in constant crisis mode.

"Small firm in a niche industry." Could be a good launching point for career in consulting

Went through a merger where company lost most of its culture. Very fragmented industry so employment may be volatile. Not a lot of career growth.
