Pros
Control Risks has one of the best work environments I've been a part of. There is an encouraging atmosphere for people who want to advance professionally or move to new departments. Benefits are much better than at comparable US-based companies. The people are diverse and always interesting.
Cons
Given the global nature of the business, each office operates differently and it is difficult to generalize about the company as a whole. Also, the company offers competitive salaries in some departments but dismal salaries in others (at least in the US).
