Easy job if you don't care about doing a job right.
Cons
The constant crunch to do more or cross train was overshadowed only by management's refusal to acknowledge the errors with its system or with the Mexico (cost cutting) team that refused to ever do work right. Constantly understaffed and told to put out a fire would create a new fire because there was nobody skilled or nobody at all to do other tasks.
