Cons
No sense of direction. Leadership is extremely poor at all levels and there is no support from direct management. I had one 121 in a calendar year. Lack of accountability and knowledge from leadership. Completing work is rewarded by more work whereas employees who are friends with management skate by on doing nothing. Terrible allocation of staff compared to team needs and no career progression possibility. MO employees are fed up with dealer side of the business. Do not apply for work, you will be burnt out a month in.
