All cons Low salary Company closed

previously many pros are there. now its a boarding school

they ill tell you to give a opportunity in IT bt they will hire u in SEO its a data entry job.. u cant use ur mobile. you cant even think large to build ur carrier. if you will take leave then for that day yo will not get your salary . no leaves. even you cant talk with your colleges during work if you do that then you have to give an explanation. very bad work environment. even in HOLI they are not giving leave. its a working day. if any local strike is there and yo are not able to go office then that one will not count as a holiday you have to go on sunday if you need your salary lunch timings are fix. if you are not able to finish up ur lunch in between that time then you are not allowed to have your lunch.. if you want to spoil your carrier then go and join.. the main con is this, that they will give you a 4 digit salary iven if u have an experience of 2 year.. dont think this 4 digit salary is near about 5 digit. the salary will be half of the lowest 5 digit number.
