Pros
- Everyone is very nice and motivated - Ability to work flexibly; as long as you are getting your work done, management lets you work how you want - Management has an excellent vision for the company. For a small business, it shocks me how much success Converus has had. The number of clients and partners are outstanding. - Fully stocked kitchen
Cons
- Just the regular challenges of a start-up. A lot needs to get done, but this makes it fun. Everything you do will have a direct impact on the company.
