Pros

ConverzAI is a workplace where innovation, collaboration, and personal development truly thrive. From day one, I’ve had the opportunity to work on meaningful and impactful projects that solve real-world challenges—an experience that continually pushes me to grow my technical and professional skill set. The leadership fosters a culture of trust, openness, and continuous learning. What truly sets ConverzAI apart is the strong sense of camaraderie: the team consistently supports each other, making it a collaborative environment where new ideas are valued and everyone feels heard. I’m incredibly proud of how we’ve grown over the years, evolving from a small startup into a vibrant organization without losing our close-knit spirit. If you’re looking for a place where your contributions can make a tangible difference, and where you’ll be surrounded by people who genuinely care about both your success and the product’s impact, ConverzAI is the perfect fit.

Cons

The remote-friendly culture is fantastic for flexibility, but it may take some adjustment if you prefer frequent in-person interaction. Otherwise, I haven’t encountered any notable downsides worth mentioning.

Pros

Witness a product being developed from early stage to its maturation. Witness the sheer power of Ai reshaping an industry. Work with a leadership that actually cares about its employees.

Cons

Work load surge on some days not meant for the faint of heart.

Pros

Remote work, okay compensation. For someone who is a housewife or doesn't want a career just want a job to earn some money.

Cons

No benefits given. The work is neither challenging nor meaningful. And they give you remote work but they are strict as hell. They won't let you take eyes off for even a second from your system. And they have a lot of politics internally. Also, night shifts will kill you bcz no flexibility and continuous screentime.
