Pros

None at all run far away

Cons

I had a highly disappointing experience with this company. Despite initially agreeing to a Corp-to-Corp (C2C) arrangement, they repeatedly attempted to pressure me into switching to a W-2 role—three separate times, even after I made it clear that I was not interested. This level of persistence felt both unprofessional and disrespectful of my clearly stated boundaries. What’s worse, after fulfilling all the requirements for the role—signing agreements, obtaining business insurance, and aligning my services with their expectations—they suddenly decided to withdraw my candidacy without any valid explanation. This not only wasted my time but also left me questioning their integrity and ability to uphold commitments. As a veteran, I also couldn’t help but feel dismissed and disrespected throughout the process. This is especially frustrating considering how much they seem to benefit from government contracts funded by the very people who served this country. Their lack of regard for veterans while profiting from our sacrifices is both hypocritical and disheartening. If you’re considering working with this company, be cautious. Their lack of transparency, disregard for professional agreements, and apparent disdain for veterans raise serious red flags.

Cons

Remote setup works well, though occasional in-person interaction could further strengthen team bonding.
