Pros
Free food, good benefits (free MARTA card, insurance, parking, gym reimbursement), convenient location in Midtown
Cons
The office is not organized. They waited months before hiring an HR person and by then the office was already teeming with sexual harassment allegations, accusations of nepotism, reports of sexism, and reports of racism (brokerage and management are mostly white with very few faces of color. Operations is mostly black, with a few white people and non-black people of color. They rarely hire ops associates to be brokers or leads (upward/ lateral mobility), and the optics are bad, especially since a lot of these folks are quite skilled and knowledgeable). Some of the leadership team is from the original Seattle office and can be cliquey. There were no checks and balances for a while, and although turnover is low because the starting pay is relatively high, the morale is so low it's not even funny.
