      Cool work. Potential to make a big impact on the world someday.

      Cons

      Small town 1980s leadership moves to the big city. Definite big fish in small pond inflated vision of self. Snotty employees are rude to teammates without any repercussions. Be prepared for people saying nothing to you in the hallways. They don't have to...they are above you.

      Great people working towards a common mission. Solid pay and benefits.

      Pros

      Vacation amounts are great and so are your health and retirement plans. Also holiday pay is great.

      Cons

      Pay sucks and it lacking for the area. Not many opportunities to grow. Management is dishonest and lies a lot. There is a lot of kissing up going on there. Prepare to work with a few snobby, stuck up, rich kids straight out of college who have been handed everything. Very stressful place to work.
