Great place to work, allows overtime and some flexibility in hours when necessary. Chances to move up are also given. - Detailer Cooks Collision Employee Review

Pros

I never experienced great company culture like this before coming here. Everyone at Cooks are hardworking people who really like their jobs. They aren't kidding when they tell you that the sky's the limit when it comes to career opportunities. Most of the people here have been here for many years, and many have grown with the company from the ground-up. It's super family-oriented. They're really big on promoting from within. And they're also really accommodating if you need to switch locations. If you see a position available at a location that works better for you, you can just let your manager or HR know, and they do their best to make it happen for you. If you're just starting out, they're also big on making sure you're getting the training you need to get better at your work. If you know how to work as a team player, this is an awesome place to work. Everyone looks out for each other.

Cons

I can't really think of anything negative. The offices can get a little cold?
