Sad they are gone - HR Director Cooks Collision Employee Review

Really friendly family oriented job to work at. Everyone is nice and cracks jokes at each other. The work is fun because I get to drive people around and also drive cars. that's one of my favorite things as well. They also give us great benefits and we are also off most holidays and weekends.

Some cons that Cooks Collision has is for one that I have to clean the shop. Another thing that is a con is that Cooks Collision got bought out by Abra A Car Company. I'y not saying Abra is a bad company itself but Cooks Collision has been a family owned company for a long time so things are changing.

I never experienced great company culture like this before coming here. Everyone at Cooks are hardworking people who really like their jobs. They aren't kidding when they tell you that the sky's the limit when it comes to career opportunities. Most of the people here have been here for many years, and many have grown with the company from the ground-up. It's super family-oriented. They're really big on promoting from within. And they're also really accommodating if you need to switch locations. If you see a position available at a location that works better for you, you can just let your manager or HR know, and they do their best to make it happen for you. If you're just starting out, they're also big on making sure you're getting the training you need to get better at your work. If you know how to work as a team player, this is an awesome place to work. Everyone looks out for each other.
